We spoke with the driver Celso Neto (17) over the phone and he was very excited about the great opportunity to defend a brand as important as Honda. He also said that he will defend it with his full force in order to achieve the best result in his debut, said Celso.
Returning to TC America, the events will be on the traditional Watkins Glen, Road America, Sebring and Indianapolis Motor Speedway tracks. As we can see, they are simply some of the 4 most important and traditional tracks in the motorsport world. As Brazilians, we are very happy with the invitation and achievement of representing Brazil in a series that few Brazilians have already passed. Because today we see Brazilians in several championships around the world but not in TC America. With this decision, it is impossible to dedicate 100% to Stock Car Series in Brazil and the driver will have to face this new challenge with all the dedication and focus necessary.
Still on this Celso comments that he is in the last semester of Valencia College in Orlando for his AA degree, and this will help to reconcile studies with professional work, it’s a Dream Coming True. We appreciate the experiences that Celso had in Brazil in the Touring car Championships and the teams he has passed and developed such as Leandro
Motorsports in the Campeonato Mineiro, Cimini Racing also in the Campeonato Mineiro, JW Motorsport with Gustavo Mascarenhas in the Brazilian Touring Car Championship Super Class, and lastly Brandão Motorsport with Helio and Camila Brandão in the Brazilian Touring Car Championship, Midwest Touring Championship and Stock Car Series.
Keep an eye at the Team and driver social media for news to come, schedule and events.
