The owner of the best-selling Playboy magazine in Brazil now lives in Florida

One million, two hundred and forty thousand copies sold in Brazil, that was the 293rd issue of Playboy Magazine, published in Brazil in December 1999. The cover was Joana Prado, who at the time was at the peak of her career as a stage assistant on the H Program, hosted by the Brazilian TV presenter Luciano Huck.

Joana played the character of the witch, inspired by Bewitched, the American television series broadcast from 1964 to 1972 by the American television network ABC. An international success in dozens of countries where it aired, it was created by Sol Saks and starred Elizabeth Montgomery, Agnes Moorehead, Dick York (1964-1969), and Dick Sargent (1969-1972).

After years of fame, the Brazilian actress and Sex Symbol gave up her career, converted to Christianity, and got married in 2003 to the also famous Brazilian wrestler Vitor Belfort. Joana Prado today is a writer, businesswoman and has almost 750,000 followers on Instagram, see her profile here.

She is 46 years old, mother of three children, in a recent interview published in Brazilian websites she says she regrets the time when she used to show her body on Brazilian open TV and complete nudity on the historic pages of Brazilian Playboy. Joana and Vitor have been living in the US since 2012, initially in Los Angeles, but since 2015 they live in Boca Raton, Florida.
