Lake Nona Realty’s 2018 results shine in luxury real estate market

The year 2018 ended in a positive way for Lake Nona Realty, Tavistock’s real estate broker. Sales volume reached $58 million and the company accounted for 92% of all transactions within the community.

In all, of the 45 completed transactions, 70% of them were resale properties.

2018 also brought more than 1,000 leads to Lake Nona Realty, including more than 700 new leads. Of these leads, 426 visitors came directly to Lake Nona Realty for a full overview of the community and experience the Club and its amenities, as well as view our luxury listings.
