Lake Nona is the 15th best-selling planned community in US
With Lake Nona among the 30 best-selling master planned communities in US in 2018, the new year begins with good prospects for Tavistock Development Company.
Despite the small decrease in total sales compared to 2017, demand for the information center grew 9.5% in the period, with more than 3,000 visits in 12 months.
“The sale drop could be attributed to the sell-out of Somerset Park in the first half of the year. In 2017, Somerset recorded 131 new contracts, and in 2018 the total was 70, including 11 townhomes at Somerset Crossing. Laureate Park still recorded its best sales year and the Enclave had its second best-selling year”, says Rob Adams, Vice President to Residential Development in Tavistock Development Company, in an official company statement.
