A new residential building in Lake Nona is in the plans of the Tavistock Development Company. The subject was addressed in an article in the Orlando Business Journal.
According to Orange County records, the building will be located at 7042 Lake Nona Boulevard and should be an 11-story, 450-unit apartment complex. The value of the venture was not disclosed but, according to industry standards, the cost should be around $81 million.
The idea is that the building has mixed use, with street-level retail, a five-story parking garage and apartments. Tennis courts are also on the project.
A general contractor hasn’t been selected and there’s no construction timeline, a Tavistock spokeswoman said.
