New adventures are coming to Lake Nona

Orlando, the worldwide water sports capital, will keep up the tradition with a new venture. Nona Adventure Park will be Central Florida’s first inflatable aqua park and is packed with thrilling attractions: a pro shop, an upscale café and a 60-foot climbing tower with a ropes course and climbing walls. There will be action activities for all ages throughout the year! The open water aqua park will have multiple, interconnected inflatables, climbing obstacles, slides, and trampolines.

The Cable Park is getting ready.

Prepare yourself for a unique view of the lake, thanks to the Rixen cable system. There will be two tracks around the lake. The main one runs 2,500 feet in length at speeds up to 36 mph, and can accommodate up to 10 riders at a time. The second track is for beginner and intermediate riders and will have 320 feet long. A floating dock will ensure the easy return of riders to the starting dock.

If you prefer having fun closer to the sky, Nona Adventure Park will offer a 60-foot Kristallturm climbing tower with ropes and different climbing elements for all levels. Security once more is in first place: all climbers will be secured by a double harness and belay systems. The park will be design to host competitions and special events as well.

You won’t have to wait in long lines to have fun. Through the WakeSys control system, park guests will receive an RFID wristband to access the park’s amenities. The system will also allow guests to check in online, review wait times, and see if friends are onsite.

Nona Adventure Park will be located next to Laureate City Park, in Lake Nona neighbourhood. Discounts will be offered to guests who elect not to drive and rather walk, bike, or skate to the park. It is owned and operated by seasoned water sports entrepreneur Kai Fusser and business partner Real Bergevin.
