Are you ready for the fun? Lake Nona is about to have the first outdoor entertainment venue built with repurposed shipping containers. Boxi Park Lake Nona will be a 30,000-square-foot, family- and dog-friendly outdoor district. It will include a mix of restaurants and bars, beach volleyball courts and a live entertainment venue. The opening is scheduled to December 2018.
Located in Lake Nona’s Town Center, Boxi Park will be a perfect spot for laid back gatherings, live entertainment and family fun. “Boxi Park will provide a unique entertainment venue to relax, grab a beer, let the kids run around, and enjoy the sunshine. We’re very excited to bring this new concept to Central Florida”, said Jim Zboril, President of Tavistock Development Company, builder of the innovative community.
What’s inside Boxi Park?
The multiuse complex is full of options for your family – and your pets. It is built with 12 containers with one and two-story configurations. There will be curated food and beverage options showcasing different cuisines along with two fullservice bars serving a selection of cocktails, wine and beers. Boxi’s Park stage will host concerts and presentations outdoors. Local performers with regular programming will be scheduled for weekdays and weekends. Have fun!
