World-class Wellness Center and Fitness facility coming to Lake Nona Town Center
Certainly much more than a gym, the Lake Nona Wellness Center is a combined sports performance institute, medically-integrated fitness facility, and community wellness destination that will take Lake Nona to the next level of sophisticated health.
Located within Lake Nona, the new 110,000+-square-foot wellness center will be located across the street from Lake Nona Medical City in the second phase of development of the Lake Nona Town Center, the region’s premier entertainment, dining, and shopping district. Constructions have already started on the $18 million expansion that doubles the size of the existing training and research facility.

The world-class complex is full of first-class equipment from Technogym. Also, a 40-yard sprint track, indoor climbing wall, and indoor and outdoor pools, among others.
The Lake Nona Wellness Center will offer health and well-being provide customized programs for residents, families and elite athletes. Also, each member will have a personalized data-driven fitness program and profile updated in real time. This is a unique wellness experience, and one of the most comprehensive in the region.
The complex will offer a medically-based fitness center, sports performance training center, physician offices, community education spaces, and community-based programming. Its programming and features create and nurture an “ecosystem of wellness”. Medically-integrated health and wellness center platform, which serves as the hub for the model, helps support this “ecosystem of wellness”.
Finally, guests who want to use the facility will have the option to pay month-to-month or get an annual pass. But developers have not locked in any prices yet. The Lake Nona Wellness Center is possible thanks to a partnership of the Tavistock group with Signet, LLC and its subsidiary, Integrated Wellness Partners.
