Ready for the 6th edition of KosICT 2017

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he 6th edition of Kosovo’s tech conference, KosICT is set for an interesting program this Friday / Saturday in Prishtina, Kosovo as from the speaker list that has been recently updated, one can see that the talks will be covering all the latest tech trends, ranging from VR to Blockchain and AI.

Some interesting talks that are expected to draw attention include the session on Friday from 10:15 – 10:45 with Robert Erzin, the Executive Director of IPKO, the second largest telecom provider of Kosovo, who’s going to touch base on 5G, the next generation network after 4G that is expected to focus on speed and make sure that not only people are connected to each other but also machines, cars, city infrastructure, public safety and more.

“Silicon Valley and Beyond…” is the closing keynote-session of Day 1,

with Jeff Burton, co-founder of Electronic Arts, taking the stage to share his perspective on why there’s much more to the tech world out there than just Silicon Valley.

Mike Rainer, co-founder of World Summit AI, one of the largest tech summits in the world focused on exciting talks, sessions, discussions, and panels around the ecosystem of AI, will be the keynote speaker at Day 2, talking about AI and Humans.

As part of KosICT, there will be the Innovation Corner as well, showcasing some of the latest tech start-ups of Kosovo, from 3D Printer producer Formon to the successful Kickstarter funded product, Hello-Solaborate.
